I just wanted to send a little “Thank you” for sending me out a service technician first thing this morning due to my air conditioning not functioning. I realize you have zillions of customers and I could have had to wait till next week for service. My daughters need to have a cool atmosphere is essential as the heat tends to set off her seizures. I am very grateful for the fast and efficient service I received today as always by Pirrones. He treated me with the respect a customer is due and took the necessary steps to repair my unit. As a homeowner, I’ve met some inexperienced technicians in my time. And for a moment, I was beginning to lose confidence in their ability to fix things around my house. This is – until I met Mr. Devon Kelley from Pirrone’s Heating & Cooling. On 18 July 2007, Mr. Kelley was dispatched to my residence to repair my upstairs air condition that had stopped working. Upon his arrival, it took him no time to diagnose the problem and repair the system. I was totally impressed with his expertise, technical ability, display of confidence, and the professionalism he displayed. My wife especially appreciated his friendly and courteous attitude. This not only reflects greatly on Mr. Kelley, but also on Pirrone’s Heating & Cooling, Inc.

I have had service and parts replacement from Pirrone’s six times in the last year and a half. Four were for maintenance and two were fix-its. The entire staff, from the people in the office to the staff that come out to my home are Awesome. They are always polite and courteous. They are honest and always thorough. They always take as much time as needed to explain things to me. Their always here faster than I expect. If they are running late, even 10 minutes, they will call to make sure it is not an inconvenience. I can’t speak highly enough about Pirrone’s. I will never go anywhere else!

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and I’m happy to say that my air conditioner is working!!! He thoroughly explained everything that he would be doing to pinpoint my problem, as well as informed me when he was exiting and re-entering my property.
